How, when Dr. Wieland removes the oxygen masque, the sheet is a few inches lower on his chest and clearly tucked under his arms.A few moments later, when Dr. Wieland prepares to inject Dr. Overton's arm, she pulls back the sheet and one can see it was no longer tucked under his arms.
