Constance leaves her fingerprints on the Toussaint when she grabs it off Daphne's neck and puts it on the busboy's tray. Amita's fingerprints are on the pieces she puts into Constance's pockets. Debbie's, Tammy's, Rose's, and Nine Ball's fingerprints are on the pieces Constance slips each of them. Daphne digs the piece Debbie slipped into Becker's jacket out, then photographs it, leaving her fingerprints. While fingerprints can be wiped off, DNA cannot. The only way to remove DNA from the pieces is to use deoxyribonuclease enzymes or hydrochloric acid, both of which would destroy the platinum settings of each piece.
