The labels on the speedometer in the DeLorean is very inaccurate - it shows equivalent speeds of 140 km/h for a posted speed of 85 miles per hour and and 160 km/h for a posted speed of 95 miles per hour. 85 miles per hour is actually 136 km/h and 95 miles per hour is 152 km/h.
