Angela or Angelia Golden, the child whom Dr Cline ran over while driving through a neighborhood, might have been African-American. Her grandfather, Joe Golden GXQF-QLZ, at FamilySearch, is shown as Black in the 1920 US Census source attached. This makes Dr Cline seem all the more sinister. Very unusual.
