Black Manta has two cannon balls connected to a chain wrapped around his neck ("courtesy" of Arthur) as he hits the corner of a building, then goes over the cliff (getting bounced off its jagged edges along the way) before hitting the water. He should be dead, yet he is found floating on a wood plank, his only injury being his mask is split open.
