Russian Orthodox Churches don't permit use of musical instruments. Another proof that John Wick is walking into a Catholic church. The song playing in the church is Ludwig van Beethoven's "Ode to Joy", which is used as a hymn tune in many churches, i.e. Joyful, Joyful, We Adore Thee, but is not used in Russian Orthodox service.
