In the hospital room sets, the red electrical outlets are installed upside-down, and are missing the green dot that is stamped on the face of all modern hospital-grade outlets. (Such outlets are installed in the opposite orientation of residential ones, with the ground blade on top instead of bottom. This protects the plug blades from contact with falling items should the plug become loose, thus preventing short circuits or electrocution.)
