In the extra scene where Sarah and John take out the Terminators CPU, when they put it back in and the terminator boots back up, his display reads time elapsed since he was shut down as 1:26 but it was around 1:55 of time that passes in the actual scene, meaning the Terminators internal timer was incorrect.
