When Berg is being led to the death chamber, his parting words begin "I hope I'm the last one to ever sit in this..." and are drowned out by a crudely dubbed in moan from the insane Werner. Some closed-captioned editions give the rest of the line as "...this god-forsaken chair!" If you listen carefully, however, what he actually appears to be saying is "this god-damned chair!"
