Jerico has the operational awareness to lock out his colleagues while using the CIA's IT system, but did not log out when he leaves.Also, instead of reaching out to internal IT to unlock access or get an log of what Jerico was doing, the agents decided to physically travel to the library (counting on Jerico to not log out?).
