As Neo passes from the Oracle's kitchen into the room where Morpheus is waiting, (approximately 1:18:00) the cookie in his hand has an edge broken off. A few moments later, before he takes his first bite, the cookie is whole. Once bitten, the break looks just like the prior broken cookie.
