(at around 2h 55 mins) When Kong falls off the Empire State Building at the end, the ladder on the side of the Empire State Building's dome is in front of Ann, below Kong's chin. But when Kong falls off, there is a cut to a rotating shot from above, and as Kong falls down, the ladder is gone. Jack then climbs up the ladder behind Ann.
