When Trixie shoots Junior with the fire house, it shown knocking Junior back. Firstly, the water pressure coming out wouldn't very much. Its the Fire Department that controls the pressure through stand pipes outside of the school. Secondly if the water pressure was that strong enough to knock down Junior, someone the size of Trixie wouldn't be able to hold and control the force pressure that's coming out of the hose.
