After the Lancaster is attached, you see them bailing out of the main fuselage door. In actual fact, this exit was not recommended as there is a significant chance of hitting the elevator arm and being killed as a result. When bailing out the advised exit was to use the one in the floor of the bomb aimers compartment in the nose of the aircraft, and for the rear gunner to bail out directly from the rear turret.
