When Rodney and Skip are turned into rats, they are no longer able to fit into their clothes. The clothes get left behind, as the rats scurry off. At the end the movie, they are restored to their human forms. While poking their heads up from behind some bushes, they beg for clothing. With this picture borrowing from the logic of Chi ha paura delle streghe?, the implication is that the two characters are completely naked, but in a subsequent shot, a brief wide-angle shot from another angle, Skip can be seen at distance, wearing shorts or swimming trunks while standing behind the bushes. If the shot was intentional, then there exists a potential plot hole as to how the characters were able to find trunks (perhaps embarrassing trunks) yet unable to find any trousers and shirts or coats.
