The first flight of the Me 262 did not occur till 18 April 1941 and that was with without jet engines instead they used a conventional piston engine to drive a propeller. The first fight with just jet engines installed was 18 July 1942. The operational roll-out began on 19 April 1944.
The R4M air to air rocket wasn't designed and produced until 1944.
