When Ethan is running from the car that is about to be hit by a missile, the car explodes but the explosion does not push his back to fall face first, instead the explosion behind him pushes him to the side to hit the car.The reason for this mistake is that cruise wanted to keep it real so they used a fan to reproduce the explosion but it is to the side and not behind Ethan, thus push him to the side and not on his face.
