The main events of the movie are stated as occurring 5 years after the snap. When the stranded Tony Stark is rescued by Captain Marvel and brought back to Earth, he does not appear to be in the state of mind to immediately start a family. Furthermore, the median time to pregnancy for couples under 37 years of age is 3 months. All that aside, even if Tony and Pepper were to get pregnant immediately upon Tony's return, there is still the prerequisite 9 months of gestation. Consequently, Morgan Stark could not be much more than 4 years old at the time of the main events. She appears to be (and the actress portraying her is) at least a year older than that.In Avengers: Infinity War, Tony speculates that Pepper might already be pregnant. In Iron Man 3, we see them sleeping in the same bed (suggesting that they're already sexually active with each other). A pregnancy bump starts to show somewhere between 12 to 16 weeks, for first-time moms. So, Pepper could have already been pregnant for months (just have not informed Tony, yet), before Tony left Earth.
