Jane and Link find Bailey's Ford Transit abandoned by roadside and try to start it pushing downhill.Out of place slide rails are visible under the front axle.They are only added there to ensure the van goes later in the same scene smoothly over the cliff not getting stuck by the undercarriage, otherwise there is no practical purpose for them.
