The Fizzle Bomber possesses newspaper clippings from timelines that no longer exist due to his own actions. Yet the concept of the paradox is that he cannot alter the timeline because it's already been predestined with his own help. In other words, he would not have had access to anything from the erased timelines because he already prevented them from ever existing. A predestined timeline isn't supposed to have alternates.
