An explosion on the field at what appears to be a radar shack next to a runway, would shut the field down. No aircraft would be allowed to land or depart until the airport manager had determined it was safe to continue flights, due to the possible presence of foreign objects on the runways and taxiways, and the effect on the approach control radar.
