At 7:56 from the beginning, when the Rolls carrying Fitzwilly stops at the Gourmet Wine Shop, you can see that the traffic light is Green for crossing traffic - so the cars that pass them and go through the intersection, are running a Red light. The shot should have been filmed when the cross-traffic light was Red.
