When Doc first spots the terrorists' van, he says, "They found me. I don't know how, but they found me." There's no pause in between those two sentences, and yet later, when Marty goes back in time to 1955, he shows the younger Doc the tape, and it shows Doc saying that line with a pause in between the sentences.
