In the scene where she meets Graybow in his apartment she punches him in the nuts while he is holding a meat cleaver in his hands. They show the meat cleaver hit the floor, then his face of pain, then him dropping to the floor. If you look closely in the bottom left corner of the screen, you'll see the meat cleaver in his hands again.
