When Red escapes the bar, she goes to the top of a building. As she leaves, you can see she forgets her bow. As she has an encounter with Wolf under the bridge a couple of scenes later, there is no bow to be seen. She even draws a sword. When she is captured by Iron John's henchmen, they suddenly have the bow in their possession, after capturing Red.
