When Stu is sitting in the back seat with Little Carlos, he reaches over with his left hand to rub the baby's stomach. Carlos is on his right side, and Stu's right arm is straight down. When they widen the shot, Stu has his right arm resting across the top of the back seat, and then lowers it to his side.
