Around 51 minutes, Liz has returned to the motel room and "spiked" Cris' orange juice with a pill, as per Callie and Cavanaugh's instructions. A listening device is planted, as well, which (as it turns out), is very sensitive. Just before Cris takes a drink of the orange juice, Liz tells him "Don't drink that" quite loudly. In fact, she said that much louder than other sounds the FBI can hear easily. However, for some reason, they don't hear Liz say this.
