The lawyer meets a prior client and discloses his marital history in front of several other people, which disrupts the client's planned wedding. No practicing lawyer would do this. Lawyers are prohibited from disclosing attorney-client information such as this, and a complaint could result in disciplinary action by the state bar as well as civil action by the former client.
