When Maj (Dr) Kendall is reviewing the troops prior to their leaving in on shot from the front he is moving from the left to the right. A second shot a few seconds later, from the rear, also has him moving from left to right where he should have been moving right to left.If he was reviewing, as a VIP would, that applies. But, he was walking up and down the line looking for signs that the soldier would not get sick in the next seven days, as ordered.
