After Harry heads into the mall followed by the two terrorists, Gib tells Harry the third guy is still in the car. When Gib calls Helen, the terrorists' car is in the background. Before the bus pulls in to obstruct Gib's view of their car, the car is empty. The third guy is inexplicably gone.
