(at around 1h 28 mins) During the school bus sequence on the bridge, the police block off the bridge on one side and set up spike strips just a few yards in front of them. This is absolutely pointless as the tires would not have enough time to deflate before hitting the police cars and officers. If they were going to be deployed, it would have been safer to deploy them a few miles before the bridge or not setup a roadblock until the tires were deflated and the bus had slowed down a great deal.
