The cinema premonition that Nick has involves Janet being killed by the explosion in the auditorium; this shouldn't happen. Because Janet's life was saved at the car wash, the same time Hunt died at the pool. Going by "Final Destination" mythology, if Death skips a person that is supposed to die, then that person is to die last. As Janet cheated death again because of Lori's intervention at the car wash, then she shouldn't have been killed next in Nick's second premonition.
