Cecilia leaves the scene of the crime after reporting it to 911, which defeats the purpose of framing Adrian's murder as suicide, furthermore, while wearing a wire she proceeds to inconspicuously talk to James contrary to her act of being shocked at Adrian dying in front of the CCTV.
