During Necros attack on headquarters, he garrottes one guy, knocks out another with a pan and throws explosive milk bottles at three others. Later M states, "two dead, two in the hospital". Necros is however seen hiding his first victim (garrotted one), it's likely no one found the body. (Additionally, it's assumed the two ones in the hospital are the knocked-out one and one of the three who got 'injured' with an explosive milk bottle).
