When Moses and Keats arrive at Colton's house in the final act, a henchman confiscates Keats' gun. Moses then shoots the henchman, who falls into the pool. In the next shot, Keats is seen holding his gun which would have fallen in the pool, and Keats appears perfectly dry, therefore he did not retrieve his gun from the pool.
