When they report on the autopsy findings on the murdered MI6 Agent Gasciogne, they say that they found a 7.62 Tokarev slug in his skull; however, they show the case (the shell that is ejected from a semi-automatic pistol when it is fired) rather than the lead or slug. Further, the shell casing shown is not from a 7.62 Tokarev.
