During their first date in the beginning of the movie, Alma challenges Tom to calculate "3587 times 982 divided by 731", and Tom quickly answers "4818.65111". That answer is incorrect, the actual answer to that arithmetic expression is 4818.65116 (when rounded to five decimals; note that the fifth decimal is significantly different). In the present day, even the most basic table calculators would get this right, so it seems rather implausible that an advanced, "(almost) perfect" robot like Tom would make that mistake.Still, this is possibly a "character error" stemming from some "robot mis-calibration" though (instead of a "factual error" goof by the filmmakers), because just a few moments later in the same scene, Tom is seen suffering a malfunction and getting stuck in a loop.
