While rummaging through his old house, Murphy finds a partially burned photograph of his family, presumably from Halloween (as his son was dressed as a devil). During the flashback scene showing the origin of the photo from Murphy's point of view, he moved behind his son, who pointed his pitchfork at the camera. However, in the actual photograph, the pitchfork was pointed up and away from the camera.
