Throughout the film, the toilet is located in a large room next to the shower. This room is shown to be just outside of Mickey's "private room". However, at the end when Eva is escaping through the toilet/septic system, she locks herself in the safe and exits through the toilet, which has now miraculously moved from outside Mickey's room to inside the safe room.Incorrectly regarded as when they first gain access to the safe room, there is a pan-shot showing a toilet in the safe room. The wall of this toilet is visible when she's breaking through.
