The story takes place in the oil lamp era of buckboards and unpaved streets, but the leading lady, Louise Stanley, determinedly appears in nothing but the latest, up to the minute 1938 hair and clothing styles, including a knee length skirt and high heeled shoes while riding a buckboard.
