(at around 1h 9 mins) When the Ancient One pushes Bruce's astral body out of his physical, she still communicates with him normally without entering the astral dimension herself. In Doctor Strange, it was established that both people have to be either in the physical or the astral dimension together in order to maintain communication - this rule is obviously broken during Bruce's conversation with the Ancient One in this movie. The only exception to this rule is when the wizard in the astral dimension should break through into the physical dimension to make such conversation (like what Strange did to Christine), which Bruce clearly doesn't have the power to do. In addition, that same movie establishes that the astral dimension moves at a much faster time rate than the physical, yet Bruce and the Ancient One converse in real time.
