The CAPT beside COL Grant is wearing a camouflage uniform with shoulder epaulettes, as are various people throughout the HQ and in later scenes. Camo uniforms with epaulettes have not been issued to ADF personnel for many years and are typically only found on uniforms at military disposal outlets and also issued to military cadets.
