(at around 35 mins) When Stark is in the Afghani cave lab starting up his crude Iron Man armor, three guards come to the lab entrance. One guard advances into the darkened lab, and Stark knocks him across the lab. But when Stark in the armor walks around to the lab entrance, the original three guards are standing there instead of only two.
