As Jan leaves the building from the access tunnel in the Prius, a unidentified Law Enforcement helicopter is hovering right above him. This is not proper procedure as the helicopter is not only violating FAA Airspace Rules but safe operating procedures for potential emergency events with respect to safety margins of flight performance. It is also violating another set of rules due to hovering that close to the power lines to its immediate left and underneath.
