Human Glen and Human Glenda shouldn't actually have red hair and blue eyes, even if they are the spawn of Chucky, who has red hair and blue eyes. His doll body does become more human the longer he stays in it, but the possessed doll would still have the genetics of the actual Charles Lee Ray, not the doll host, as shown in the previous film Bride of Chucky (1998) where Ray's fingerprints are identified at the crime scene and not the doll's.
