When Rey and Finn are outside the thermal oscillator at the Starkiller Base, just before climbing up the outside ladder, Rey can be seen wearing Poe's jacket, which Finn probably offered her on account of the cold climate. In later scenes, Finn is back to wearing the jacket. It seems unlikely that Finn would have asked for his jacket back after having offered it to Rey.
