When Mac and Gin are measuring the detonation cord, Mac states that 5 decibels is too loud. 5 decibels of volunteer units is equivalent to the rustling of leaves, and would be inaudible less than double the distance they are standing from the block of stone. No explosive is that quiet, and even if it was, at 5 decibels it would be inaudible more than a few metres away.
