Lola supposedly gets arrested for trying to sell a concert ticket. However, there is no criminal code for such a crime - people are allowed to resell concert tickets - and therefore the police officer is not only filing a false charge, but he did not tell Lola of her rights for legal representation and of any charges or that she is under arrest.
Not only can Lola win this case, she can file a big lawsuit against the police department for false arrest and imprisonment and not giving the suspect the information to their Miranda rights of arrest.
