When the thugs flee the morgue with the phone and files, both Summer and Brody are still partially disguised in scrubs as they pursue, but as they exit the hospital all signs of the scrubs are gone, and the thugs are seen running to the park across the street, so apparently the lifeguards took the time to change before giving chase.
