On the last drive by Carter, they had a 1st down with 2:01 to play. They then ran 4 plays in bounds and since the announcer says Permian has 1 time out left after they took possession, that means they could have only called 2 on that set of downs and got the ball back 1:40 left. The most that could have been remaining having called only 2 timeouts would be slightly over 1:00, not 1:40.
